Larsa Pippen Says Alleged Future Hookup Not The Reason For Her Split With Scottie

Fans on social media have long speculated on the real reason that Larsa Pippen and Scottie broke up. For the most part, media headlines, and IG and Twitter users have argued it had something to do with the Atlanta rapper, Future.

Hot New Hip Hop recently picked up on remarks made by Larsa in which she addressed these rumors once again. As it was previously reported, fans believe that Larsa and Scottie’s 2018 divorce had a lot to do with Future, and Larsa’s purported affair with him.

Following ESPN’s airing of the series, The Last Dance, Scottie Pippen has been in the headlines once again, which brought these old allegations and rumors to the forefront for the umpteenth time. A Chicago Bulls documentary shined a light on the team’s successful years and eventual exit of their lead player, the legendary Michael Jordan.

Reportedly, fans caught on to the mentioning of Scottie’s name due to his former contract with The Bulls. Larsa Pippen subsequently came to help him. It didn’t take long, however, for fans to begin bringing up the old Future allegations again.

Fans of the ex-couple know they were married for 21 years until they finally split up in 2018. There were rumors of a sexual affair that first started picking up in 2016. TMZ Sports picked up on the tweet from Larsa in which she suggested that “people change,” and she devoted twenty years of her time to him and her family.

In other words, Larsa said that cheating was not the primary factor in their relationship’s collapse; it was just time for both of them to move on to the next stage of their lives. Pippen went on to say that most people in the world can’t even be in a relationship for a week.

She added succinctly that “cheating” was not the issue between herself and the former NBA player. Fans online, however, are wholly unconvinced by her statements. This isn’t the first time Pippen made this argument.

Back in 2018, Larsa took to her social media to say cheating was never the problem and she didn’t care about his money. She’s been financially comfortable her entire life.
