LeeAnne Locken Saying Goodbye To RHOD After 4 Seasons On The Show!

After four seasons of being on the Real Housewives of Dallas, LeeAnne Locken is leaving! As fans know, she has been part of the show from the first episode and has been bringing the drama this whole time but it sounds like it’s her time to move on to something bigger and better!

People was the first to confirm that LeeAnne is saying goodbye to the series that made her reality TV famous.

In her statement to E! News the celeb said that ‘The last 4 years have been a good time but after a lot of consideration, I’ve made the personal decision to step away from RHOD. The season [last year] was very personally challenging for me.’

‘I’m looking forward to stepping away from the cameras and spending time with my husband and friends, just traveling, but most importantly, getting back into philanthropy, which was my main reason for joining the show. Thank you to everybody who has laughed and cried with me along the way. It has been an amazing journey. There are so many exciting things on my horizon that I cannot wait to share with you,’ LeeAnne went on to say.

Locken got married to Rich Emberlin not too long ago and the fans were able to witness the nuptials since the wedding which took place in November was aired on RHOD.

The longtime couple were together for more than a decade before finally tying the knot.

Before becoming husband and wife, they got engaged in season 2.

In season 4, the star got into some hot water after being accused of racism over calling co-star Kary Brittingham a ‘chirpy Mexican.’

During the reunion episode, Andy Cohen asked her about it and Locken defended herself by arguing that ‘I never understood calling someone by their nationality as being something that you could use that label on. I really didn’t. Because in Texas, I mean, we use that word all the time, like for everything.’

Her argument did not get much support from the Bravo boss and the other ladies so she ended up apologizing.
