Liam Hemsworth Reportedly Building A Home Next Door To Miley Cyrus

Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus are moving on with new relationships after their shocking split in August. But, it appears that the Australian actor is building a home next to where his ex lives with her new man, Cody Simpson.

According to New Idea, Hemsworth bought the Malibu estate back in 2014 for $6.8 million. He purchased the property from musician Matthew Wilder, but at the time Hemsworth and Cyrus were on a break. In 2016, Cyrus bought the ranch next door for $2.5 million, and after the two reconciled, she moved out of the ranch and into Hemsworth’s larger mansion.

It was there that Hemsworth and Cyrus set up their home along with their numerous pets, and Cyrus even built a recording studio on the property. At the same time, her ranch next door apparently stayed empty.

However, in November 2018, Hemsworth’s home was completely destroyed in the Malibu wildfires just weeks before the couple tied the knot. The couple then obtained a permit to rebuild this past summer, but they split before any work was started.

Now, Cyrus is back on her ranch and has turned it into a love nest with Simpson, and Hemsworth is building a new home on his property. However, he doesn’t seem to have any plans to live there at the moment. Insiders say that Hemsworth is house hunting in Australia so he can live closer to his brother, Avengers: Endgame star Chris Hemsworth.

While Cyrus and Simpson are reportedly welcoming his mom Angie to their home soon, cameras have spotted Hemsworth with 22-year-old Australian actress Maddison Brown, best known in the States for her role on the Dynasty reboot.

He is currently in Montreal, and he has been having fun on social media with numerous “flag man” pics, which is where Hemsworth is holding himself gripping various things while being completely horizontal to the ground.

“Night shoots in downtown Hamilton are very exciting. Piece of cake really…love from the #flagman,” Hemsworth wrote in the caption of a recent post.

Liam Hemsworth also posted a pic of himself enjoying the fall weather in Canada while wearing a blue hoodie and a matching hat. Fans said the actor looked “hella good,” while his Isn’t It Romantic co-star Rebel Wilson commented with a simple red heart emoji.
