Lil Baby managed to take home the Best New Artist Award at this year’s BET Awards. Congratulations!

There were a lot of people who would have wanted Queen Nadja to win: ‘I’m so mad, cause queen Najia could have won! But her career slowed down after her baby,’ someone said.

Someone else wrote: ‘Well deserved honestly. I wanted him or the city girls to win.’

A fan also seemed disappointed and posted: ‘Congrats but wow I wanted @queennaija to win she Deserves it.’

Tiny Harris and T.I. went together at the BET Awards ceremony. Tip proudly posted pics of himself together with his wife at the important event.

Speaking about the awards, it’s also worth noting that Nipsey Hussle’s achievements and kind soul have been commemorated with a posthumous humanitarian award at the 2019 BET Awards on June 23.

Lauren London, Nipsey’s love of his life, accepted the award and she took the stage to bring even more emotion to the moment.

‘Thank you guys for all the love and support,’ she said at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

She was obviously holding back her tears, before saying ‘The Marathon continues again.’
