As you may have heard, the cast members mentioned above were let go by the reality TV show after being accused of doing and saying racist things.

Earlier today, Lisa took to her IG account to address the axing without actually mentioning their names.

However, it was still pretty clear that she was talking about their offensive behavior and the firing that followed.

Also in her lengthy statement, LVP stressed that in the light of the Black Lives Matter protests, now more than ever, people need to be held accountable for their mistakes.

In other words, she made it clear that actions need to have consequences for changes to ever even happen.

‘As we’ve seen such devastating sadness that has played out globally, we all have a part to play to create a kinder, more just society. My hope is for this generation to treat each other with respect and humanity, and realize that actions have; and should have, consequences. I love and adore our employees and I am deeply saddened by some of the lack of judgment that has been displayed,’ she wrote in part.

She went on to talk about her own stance on what has been going on, saying that: ‘As many of you know, after watching me for 10 years, I have always been an equal rights activist and ally – my family, my businesses and I condemn all forms of cruelty, racism, homophobia, bigotry and unequal treatment. We’ve never tolerated it in the workplace or our lives.’

Lisa also talked about the diversity across her companies both in front of the cameras and behind.

She expressed just how proud she was for having such an inclusive workplace where people have become a true family throughout the many years they’ve been working together.
