Lisa Vanderpump is taking a note from Andy Cohen after finding the secret to success with reality show creation. The iconic restaurateur is allegedly working on a spinoff for ‘Vanderpump Rules.’
Unfortunately, this new show would not include any of the personalities from the original Bravo series that’s actually a spinoff of ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.’ It would include her staff that works at her new Las Vegas restaurant.
A source tells Radar Online: “Lisa has been discussing the possibility of a spinoff to ‘Vanderpump Rules’ at her new restaurant and Caesar’s Palace for several months now. Although it is still in the developmental state, everyone at E! knows that where there is a restaurant with Lisa’s name on it, there is sure to be money.”
That’s right, she’s allegedly in talks with executives from E! and not her home hub Bravo that shot her to stardom.
The insider went on to say: “The best part is that Lisa staffed her restaurant herself in Las Vegas. So, of course, she hired people that would automatically make dramatic cast members.”
As juicy as ‘RHOBH’ has been, it may have to find a new queen considering that LVP is on the verge of quitting the show even more as time goes on.
This season she felt betrayed by her cast mates when her brother unexpectedly passed away and they didn’t show nearly as enough sympathy or carry that she felt they should. Add in #puppygate and the latest rumor that Vanderpump leaked a story about Dorit Kemsley — and the posh boss is over it!
Someone close to the situation claims: “[Lisa] literally doesn’t care who they add to the cast, or what they are doing. She also doesn’t care that they keep talking about her and that they are trying to bring her back into their fold. She has bigger problems to worry about and, with this new show in the works, it will give her even more things to focus on that are not ‘RHOBH.'”
