The Shade Room has more details on what happened.

TSR reminds readers that Miller was found unresponsive in his home about a year ago due to an alleged drug overdose.

TSR cites data coming from The Associated Press which reports that 28-year-old man named Cameron James Pettit is being charged for allegedly giving Miller with ‘counterfeit oxycodone pills containing fentanyl.’

‘The 42-page criminal complaint filed in the Central District of California details Instagram DM’s between Cameron and other people reacting to Mac’s passing,’ TSR writes.

‘I think I should probably not post anything …just to be smart,’ Cameron allegedly said in one of the texts as cited by TSR.

‘I am not great … Most likely I will die in jail,’ he said, according to reports.

This whole thing triggered a strong debate in the comments with some people blaming the dealer and others not.

A follower posted: ‘I’ll never understand why people never hold the addicts accountable. Yes, selling him the drugs isn’t okay but he didn’t force Mac to pops those pills.’

One commenter wrote: ‘Sorry but when regular people overdose y’all don’t charge their dealer when you do drugs it’s your risk that’s on that 🤷🏽‍♀️’

A person said: ‘Y’all sound stupid saying it’s not the dealer fault! They were counterfeit pills containing fentanyl. It is the dealer’s fault 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️’
