Marilyn Manson - 4th Alleged Victim Sues Him

A fourth accuser has come forward about the alleged abuse she suffered at the hands of Marilyn Manson! That being said, according to Ashley Morgan Smithline, the man would cut her with a knife, choke her and often bite and whip her!

The model went ahead and filed a lawsuit against Marilyn Manson, accusing the rocker of sexual assault, battery, emotional distress, human trafficking as well as imprisonment, among other similarly scary claims!

This comes after three other women also sued him for the same reasons, including Game of Thrones star Esmé Bianco, his former assistant, Ashley Walters, and a third victim who has asked to have her identity kept under wraps.

But even though there are four lawsuits filed against him, these four women are not the only ones alleging sexual abuse at the hands of Marilyn Manson!

In reality, there have been more than a dozen alleged victims sharing their truth.

As for Smithline’s lawsuit, it pretty much mentions all the details she already shared in a previous People interview.

The disturbing details include severe manipulation, physical and sexual violence as well as threats of murder!

Apparently, Manson would tell her that if she ever left him, he would make sure to ‘find and kill’ her!

Not only that but occasionally, he would also just casually remind her that he ‘could kill her right now.’

In the meantime, a rep for the star has released the following statement via Rolling Stone:

‘We strongly deny Ms. Smithline’s claims. There’s so many falsehoods within the claims that we would not know where to begin to answer them. This relationship, to the very limited extent that it was a relationship, lasted less than a week in 2010. Manson hasn’t seen Ms. Smithline since then.’
