Mary-Kate Olsen is leaning on her sister Ashley Olsen amid her contentious split with Olivier Sarkozy. Though Mary-Kate tried to keep her court proceedings private from the public, that didn’t happen thanks to the Coronavirus pandemic. She filed for an emergency divorce back on May 15, 2020, but the petition was denied. Reports circulated that Mary-Kate was fearful Olivier was going to remove her from the marital home and prevent her from getting her tings. Now, sources are reporting to outlets such as In Touch for their upcoming June 8, 2020, issue that Olivier Sarkozy is not someone whom you want to get on his bad side.

Mary-Kate’s fans worried about her marrying the French banker who is 16-years-older than her when news of their relationship first went public. Though Mary-Kate’s May 15, 2020, petition was denied, she has finally, officially filed for divorce and proceedings are currently underway.

There are also reports that Olivier has moved his ex-wife into the marital home he shared with Mary-Kate. A source spoke to In Touch for their upcoming June 8, 2020 issue, weighed in on the situation, and stated the following.

“Mary-Kate and Olivier have been arguing for a long time and it reached the point where they couldn’t stand the sight of each other. The divorce is nasty — and it’s only getting worse.”

The 33-year-old identical twin of Ashley Olsen is reportedly living with her sister who is providing her a shoulder to lean on and doing everything to help her through this trying time.

The source also weighed in on the information that Olivier has about Mary-Kate and her fears that he may use what he knows against her. The publication’s source described Olivier’s and Mary-Kate’s relationship as “creepy” and even alleged that he has “freaky photos” of her.

The source stated the following.

“Olivier has all of Mary-Kate’s shocking texts and emails ― and freaky photos ― that he could use against her if he doesn’t get what he wants. They had a creepy relationship from the start. Everything about it was awkward.”

Though it is too early to tell how twisted and ugly their divorce will become, Mary-Kate Olsen’s fans are happy that she has her sister Ashley for a support system.
