The details of the Max Ehrich and Demi Lovato split are getting more and more confusing and, frankly, rather concerning! The actor took to social media to talk about their breakup again, doubling down on his previous claims that he found out about their broken engagement from tabloid headlines!

In fact, now he claims that he still loves the singer very much and that he and Demi have not talked at all about breaking up.

Max wrote on his go-to platform, asking people to ‘Please stop trying to ‘Thank you, next’ me. For I’m just a human being who has to go to work tomorrow AM where there are families with kids relying on me. To this moment… we haven’t spoken over the phone… we haven’t even officially ended anything to each other, literally. I’m here in real time with y’all. I love Demetria and just want her to be healthy and safe.’

The Young and the Restless actor then addressed Demi directly as well, writing: ‘If you’re reading this… I love you always… unconditionally… no matter what.’

Max went on to share several love songs from Demi Lovato on his IG Stories and alongside them, he expressed his undying love for her!

One of his stories had the actor claiming that he has loved and respected Demi since he was only 15 years old and that she is ‘THEE’ best female singer alive!

‘She inspires me every day and is an INCREDIBLE human being. I know it’s not her writing these stories, it’s a machine. I love her unconditionally,’ the 29 year old actor went on to say.

As mentioned before, this comes after Max Ehrich slammed tabloids for writing about their breakup, claiming that he’d learned about their supposed split from reading headlines while at work, filming a biopic about a Christian Church Pastor.
