Meadow Walker shared a throwback photo of her dad, Paul Walker today in a rare social media post.

The only child of the late actor took a moment to honor her father. Meadow used Instagram to share a picture of Paul in the ocean with a wild wig during an island getaway. The Hollywood star’s million-dollar smile is on full display, proving he was utterly in his element in the water.

“Thinking of you xx,” wrote the 20-year-old.

Over the years following the Fast & Furious star’s tragic death, Meadow has occasionally paid tribute to her famous father. His birthday, as well as the anniversary of his passing, are the days Meadow tends to post about Paul.

Meadow recently returned to social media. The brunette beauty started posting this past July again after an almost two-year absence. Paul worked hard to keep his daughter out of the Hollywood spotlight. Since his passing, she has lived a life out of the public eye.

Several of Paul’s famous friends soon populated the comments section of her post.

There was nothing more Paul loved than being a father to Meadow. Last year his mother, Chery Walker, revealed how close Paul and Meadow had become before he passed away. The teenager had moved in with her dad after spending most of her childhood with her mom in Hawaii.

“He loved being a dad. He was so proud of her. He helped Meadow’s date pin on his boutonnière and drove them to the dance and picked them up. It was so sweet. I think so many people think, ‘Oh, he was just a movie star who was killed in a car accident.’ But there was so much more to him. That was just a piece of who he was. He was an amazing man,” Cheryl expressed to People magazine.

Meadow Walker was only 15-years-old when her father, Paul Walker died in a tragic car accident. In the almost six years since his death, she has honored his wish of her living a life outside the Hollywood limelight. Very little is known about the young woman other than she lives in New York City and that she dearly loved her father.
