Even though Meghan Markle recently got a role in a reality TV series, she hasn’t exactly hit the top of the pile yet. Page Six recently reported that the former Suits actress landed a reality TV role from Canada about second weddings.

The Post was the first to report that the 38-year-old actress would make several appearances in the series, I Do, Redo, alongside her wedding stylist, Jessica Mulroney. Jessica is the star of the new reality TV series that’ll air on Netflix.

A source who spoke with the publication claims Meghan’s appearances would be spontaneous, and it’s not entirely clear whether she’ll be paid. The New York Post claims that a union-sanctioned wage for a role on Canadian TV is around $588 per day.

That likely won’t be enough to get Meghan and Prince Harry up and running again after they left their senior positions in the royal family. Fans of Markle know she was once already married and divorced, but then later tied the knot again with Prince Harry back in May 2018.

Markle’s wedding cost around $42 million, including her designer dress from Givenchy. Regarding the upcoming television series, The New York Post claims Jessica has made several appearances on Good Morning America where she has explained how to get dressed on a budget.

Meghan’s working situation over the last few weeks has been a bit more sophisticated. This past week, reports indicated that Meghan had just begun looking around for a Hollywood agent. There’s no question she’ll be able to get one, considering her star power and potential lucrativeness at the box office.

For more context on Mulroney and her relationship with Meghan Markle, it turns out that Jessica is married to Ben Mulroney, the son of the Canadian ex-prime minister, Brian Mulroney. She and Markle first met while she was an actress in Toronto, filming the popular series, Suits.

I Do, Redo, hasn’t been finished yet, and a date hasn’t been revealed. However, it is known that it’ll stream on Netflix and will also be featured on Canada’s Bell Media.
