Meghan Markle’s Celebrity Pals Amal Clooney, Serena Williams And More Give Duchess Parenting Advice As Due Date Nears

Meghan Markle’s celebrity pals are giving her some essential parenting tips as the Duchess of Sussex nears her due date.

Amal Clooney, Serena Williams, and Jessica Mulroney have all shared some of the best parenting advice with the soon to be first-time mother. The group of close-knit ladies has been by Markle’s side since the day she revealed her pregnancy. They all joined her for an ultra-private and extremely elaborate baby shower in New York City this past February to celebrate Baby Sussex.

Mulroney’s two sons, John and Brian, as well as her daughter Ivy, were all part of the royal wedding last May when Markle married Prince Harry. The mother of three attributes working outside the home to helping make her a better mom. When she gets home from work, her attention is 100% on her family. Markle’s best friend is also continually telling the duchess to trust her instincts, advice almost all mothers can agree with.

The professional tennis player wants her friend to know she will make mistakes and it is ok. Williams believes it is crucial for all soon to be parents to understand they will not be perfect. She recommends Markle go with the flow because nothing will ever go as planned. Baby Sussex will become Markle’s priority but Williams is here to remind the first-time mom to make herself a priority as well.

Clooney advises setting boundaries. For example, she will not answer emails or return phone calls before 8 AM so that she can focus entirely on her twins, Alexander and Ella. George Clooney’s wife also suggests trying to keep to a schedule. Yes, there are times when a schedule will go out the window, but if possible, it will benefit Markle and the baby to be on one.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will become parents any day now. They have the most fantastic support system full of parents willing to give them some advice when it comes to their little one. Besides a Royal family full of kids, including Prince William and Kate Middleton’s three children, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have a slew of famous pals willing to give their two cents when asked.

Although the couple will surely appreciate parental advice, in all likelihood Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will parent the way they want. They are all about living a royal life on their own terms. Therefore, parenting should be no different.
