Melania Trump Wears Coat Dress With Stitching That Resembles Twin Towers And Plane Moment Of Impact At 911 Memorial And Internet Is Furious

First Lady Melania Trump is under fire by those who feel that she did the most unpatriotic and distasteful act in recent history. Some are even calling Melania unAmerican and a troll. The Internet is furious for a Herve Pierre coat dress that Melania Trump wore to the Flight 93 memorial in Pennsylvania on September 11, 2018. President Trump shared a photo from the event on his Twitter account that has since gone viral for all the wrong reasons.

There was a photo taken of Melania Trump and President Donald Trump standing at the wall looking over the edge when the stitching on the back of Melania’s dress sparked controversy and outrage. The white stitching was bold and evident and appeared to be in the shape of a tower. The button flap resembled an airplane and to many, the image reminded them of the dreadful moment they had learned the Twin Towers were under terrorist attack.

Social media erupted in such outcry that the White House was forced to respond.

Others felt that anyone who read into the imagery were doing so because they were disturbed.

“What the heck is on Melania’s skirt? It’s like a huge Washington Monument being quite untoward. Melania knew that weird skirt design would grab all the attention. On a 911, photoshoot, she made it all about her. Who says she’s not a Trump?”
