Miley Cyrus' Decade-Old 'Party In The USA' Becomes A Political Anthem As People Use It To Celebrate Joe Biden's Victory!

The last few days have been some of the tensest ever in the history of American presidential elections as the whole country waited for every vote to be counted! But now, it’s finally been confirmed that Joe Biden came out victorious and everyone, except Trump supporters, of course, is ready to party!
And what better song to take over as the anthem for this victory and celebration if not Miley Cyrus’ Party in the USA?
Sure, the song is more than a decade old but, along with the announcement that Joe Biden has won the election, it’s returned to the music charts!
That being said, earlier today, Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus, entered the iTunes Top 200 chart in the United States again, as per Variety.
As mentioned before, the reason for this 2009 song resurfacing is America celebrating Joe Biden’ victory in the presidential election and Joe Biden supporters using this particular song to do it!
Based on the fact that Miley has been a very clear supporter of the Biden-Harris duo for the White House, it’s safe to assume that she definitely doesn’t mind being associated with the win like that.
In fact, Miley even brought Kamala Harris on her IG Live last month, sharing clips of fans playing the song while expressing excitement over the results of the much anticipated election.
‘Now THIS is a PARTY IN THE USA!’ Miley tweeted alongside a video celebrating Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
Other such vids from fans that Miley was quick to share on her platform also show people playing the song in the streets as well.
For instance, one of the clips shows a massive crowd of mask-wearing people in Washington, D.C., singing along to the sing while showing off their pro-Biden and anti-Trump signs.
More such footage of people celebrating in the streets was captured in Times Square too and the singer shared it as well!
Another post even showed a whole city block singing Party in the USA from their apartment windows!
