While Miranda Lambert and Brendan McLoughlin are married, the two still have two different homes. As fans know, the country singer is located in Tennessee while her policeman hubby’s house is in New York City where he also works for the NYPD.
That being said, the fact that they have two residencies has kept the newlyweds a lot on the road, going back and forth between Tennessee and New York.
About this, one insider report suggests this situation is not going to change anytime soon.
Being from different states has not kept the couple from spending a lot of time with one another, although sharing one single roof would undeniably be easier for them.
But as it turns out, the reason why they plan to continue this arrangement is that they love both locations way too much to give up one of their homes.
One source tells HollywoodLife that ‘They have no plans to move to New York full-time but they’ll continue to spend a lot of time there. His son is there, and they do both love being in the city. But having places in both New York City and Tennessee works the best for them because Miranda is a true country girl, needs her space and farm and animals so there’s no way she could live full-time in New York, or any other city.’
It makes sense that they are splitting their time between the two states.
After all, Brendan’s son was born in November of 2017 so he is still really young and his dad wants to keep seeing him as often as possible.
As for Miranda, she is a country star so she would want to keep living close to her roots.
For now, this arrangement doesn’t seem like it’s affected the pair’s relationship. Do you think it will, in the future?
