Nancy Pelosi Tells Reporter Not To Mess With Her When Asked If She Hates President Donald Trump -- POTUS Lashes Out At The Democrat In Wild Tweet

Speaker Nancy Pelosi is a seasoned politician who masters this game like no else, and she made it clear today that she should not be messed with.

The Democrat from Califonia was approached by a reporter, James Rosen, who worked for Fox News and asked her this odd question: “Do you hate the president?

Pelosi, who had concluded a press conference about President Donald Trump’s impeachment inquiry, was forced to walk back to the podium and give the clap-back of the year.

The famous politician responded by: “I don’t hate anybody. I was raised in a Catholic house, and we don’t hate anybody — not anybody in the world. So don’t you accuse me of any [hate]. As a Catholic, I resent you using the word ‘hate’ in a sentence that addresses me. I pray for the president all the time. So don’t mess with me when it comes to words like that.”

Pelosi went on to lay out all the reasons and violations that “left Democrats no choice” but to pursue their impeachment investigation of Trump: “I think the president is a coward when it comes to helping our kids who are afraid of gun violence. I think he is cruel when he doesn’t deal with helping our Dreamers, of which we’re very proud. I think he’s in denial about the climate crisis. However, [those are] about the election.”

She continued: “It is about the Constitution of the United States, and the facts that lead to the president’s violation of his oath of office.”

Earlier in the day, Pelosi confirmed that members of her party had begun drafting articles of impeachment.

She stated: “If we did not act on this, the message to any future president — Democratic, Republican, whoever he or she maybe — would be: you can do whatever you want. And if we did not act on this, we should amend the Constitution and remove impeachment — which was very important to our founders.”

Trump lashed out at Pelosi and accused her of having “a nervous fit”: “Nancy Pelosi just had a nervous fit. She hates that we will soon have 182 great new judges and sooo much more. Stock Market and employment records. She says she “prays for the President.” I don’t believe her, not even close. Help the homeless in your district Nancy. USMCA?”

Pelosi has ended the day by telling CNN’s Jake Tapper that she is on a mission when it comes to 2020.
