Probably NeNe got sick of all these accusations and people repeating that she left Gregg alone when he had a bad time, and she shared a photo of the two of them on social media.

NeNe wants to show people that they cannot know precisely what’s going on in the couple because no one is living in the house with them to see and hear everything.
