No Time To Die Actress Lea Seydoux Claims New James Bond Film Is A Tear-Jerker At Times

Despite the fact James Bond movies are rarely known for their tear-jerking qualities, Lea Seydoux has claimed that the upcoming film, No Time To Die, starring Daniel Craig, does have its emotional moments. C Magazine reports that Lea Seydoux made her comments about the new James Bond movie earlier this year.
Seydoux, who stars as Dr. Madeleine Swann in No Time To Die, the same role she portrayed in Spectre, explained that previous films in the franchise were guilty of perpetuating the “male gaze” toward some of the “Bond girls,” as they’re called.
However, Lea claimed it was possible for James to also be an object of desire in a similar way. The actress clearly made reference to Daniel Craig’s first portrayal of Bond in Casino Royale, in which he walks on to the beach from the ocean while wearing very small swimming shorts.
Daniels’ casting in Casino Royale established him as a movie-star internationally. Cary Fukunaga, the film’s director, recently confirmed that they were happy with the movie and there would be no changes made while it’s postponed.

As it was previously reported, No Time To Die was rescheduled after the coronavirus pandemic started sweeping across the entire world. The studio first canceled its premiere in China, before finally postponing the release altogether.
Fans of the franchise know that No Time To Die marks the final time the actor has agreed to star as James Bond. While it’s mostly speculation, some on social media have suggested that the movie’s screen-writers added more raw emotion to it on account of the fact that its Daniel’s final Bond film.
No Time To Die will also feature Rami Malek, who earned massive acclaim for his depiction of Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody. Currently, the latest Bond flick is scheduled for release on the 12th of November in the United Kingdom and the 25th of November in the United States.
Daniel Craig promoted the film on Saturday Night Live in what was the last SNL episode before NBC shut down many of their productions due to the fear of COVID-19.
