OG Chijindu managed to get the majority of Basketball Wives viewers on her side when she stood up for herself and called Evelyn Lozada out. However, she may be overdoing it by continuing to slam her co-stars in interviews months after the show aired its reunion.
If you aren’t already aware, the retired football player accused her co-stars Evelyn Lozada and Shaunie O’Neal for being colorist after she was repeatedly called aggressive for only threatening to do the things that multiple castmates have physically already done.
Social media users and viewers agreed with her and stood up for the athlete online so much so that O’Neal was forced to air a separate conversation about the way they may have made Chijindu feel.
On Thursday, OG spoke with WGCI 107.5 where she continued to talk about her experience on the show.
‘Everytime I opened my mouth I wasn’t allowed to voice my opinion and anytime I did voice my opinion, it was belittled, demeaned. No one else got that same type of treatment. You know I’m not stupid, you know I’m an intelligent person, you know I know how to analyze things. When we say the word aggressive, do we even understand the definition? If everybody understands the origin of the word aggression and aggressive, you have to do something physical. I haven’t done anything physical.’

When bits of the interview were reposted across blogs, fans felt that she was dragging the issue too long.
‘I love OG but i think she stretchin this colorism thing. They were just haters! Run with that OG. Talk about how they were really scared. Run with tht. But i dont think colorism played a part in anything! I wasnt there tho so i could be wrong!’ said one commentator.
Another added: ‘I love you OG, but you gotta move on 😴’
This person shared the same sentiments: ‘😴We still on this? Girl move TF on already. The show been over.’
Do you think the reality star is taking it too far?
