Pink Reveals She Hurt Herself Slashing Husband Carey Hart’s Tires In Thanksgiving Rage

Pink recently stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show and shared quite the entertaining Thanksgiving story. It turns out the holidays are not the happiest time of year in the Hart household. One year the season was so stressful for the singer that she slashed her husband Corey Hart’s tires in a fit of rage on Thanksgiving. She even injured herself in the process.

The 39-year-old mother of two revealed that she had to get 13 stitches in her hand to fix the damage she had done to herself. It was a knife-wielding moment thanks to the stress of Thanksgiving.

The story came out during a segment on the show called “Burning Questions” where the singer had to answer honestly and quickly any question the talk show host asked. Things turned very interesting when DeGeneres asked what was the dumbest way that Pink had ever injured herself. She answered, “slashing a tire.”

“It was Thanksgiving. The holidays are stressful,” Pink shared.

DeGeneres was not about to let her guest get away giving such an answer and not get more details. Pink didn’t explain what happened in length but did share how much damage she did to her hobby’s vehicle.

“I got clean through the first one. Carey has a raised F-250, and those tires are very thick, thank you very much. The second one I lost a little steam, and I hit the metal part. My hand just went straight down the knife. Got 13 stitches. But here’s the thing: I didn’t need any anesthesia. I couldn’t feel a thing,” she explained as she looked at her left to indicate exactly where she injured herself.

Pink took to Twitter after the show to let everyone know the incident occurred almost 15 years ago, so fans should not worry that there is trouble between her and Hart. They recently celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary and shared their love for each other on Valentine’s Day. The couple is no stranger to drama. Each has admitted to going to through difficult times and almost divorcing.

However, Pink had nothing but love for her hubby during her interview with Ellen. Like oh so many people, she just gets stressed around the holiday season. It certainly makes for one hilarious story now that it is all said and done. The message here is, don’t mess with Pink ever!
