‘I couldn’t be more excited that @MarchofDimes named me as one of their first national advocates on their new Celebrity Advocate Council! And I’m being joined by @AllyBrooke, @NickLachey, and @TatyanaAli!!’ Porsha began her post.

She continued and said: ‘Together, we’ll be raising awareness about the issues impacting moms and babies, and I’ll be fighting for more research and funding to address why black women and mothers are disproportionately affected by pregnancy complications. #ItsNotFine, but it can be!
