It looks like there is going to be another royal wedding taking place very soon! According to new reports, Princess Beatrice is now engaged after her man, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, popped the big question!

The Duke and the Duchess of York’s oldest daughter said yes to her significant other after dating each other for nearly a year (11 months.)

One statement was released, telling the public that ‘The Duke and the Duchess of York are delighted to announce Princess Beatrice’s engagement to Mister Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. Her Royal Highness and Mister Mapelli Mozzi got engaged while they were away in Italy earlier this month. Edo designed a ring in collaboration with British jewelry designer Shaun Leane. The wedding will take place in 2020. Further details will be announced in due course.’

The happy couple made their relationship public back in March while they were in attendance at a fundraiser.

However, as far as everyone knows, at the time they had been together for a few months already.

Princess Beatrice and her millionaire fiancé released a statement of their own as well after getting engaged.

They gushed that ‘We are extremely happy to share the news of our engagement. We’re both so excited to be embarking on this life adventure together and cannot wait to be married. We share many similar interests and values and we know that this will stand is in great stead for the years ahead, just full of love and happiness.’

In case you did not know, Princess Beatrice is Prince Harry and Prince William’s cousin and the ninth in line for the throne.
