R. Kelly Doc Causes Chicago DA To Open An Investigation After Being 'Sickened' By The Allegations

R. Kelly is facing a serious criminal investigation in the wake of the shocking new docuseries, Surviving R. Kelly. The series features disturbing accounts of Kelly’s abuse, including accusations that he got Aailyah pregnant when she only 15 years old and reports of a sex cult in Atlanta and Chicago.

In light of the bombshell allegations, a state attorney based out of Cook County just announced that Kelly is officially under investigation.

“The allegations in the docuseries regarding R. Kelly are deeply, deeply concerning,” attorney Kim Foxx declared. “I was sickened by the allegations. I was sickened as a survivor – as a mother – as a prosecutor. The allegations were not new to me.”

According to Radar Online, Foxx revealed that detectives have been talking to Kelly’s victims for years and have been mounting a case against him. She also encouraged other women to come forward with their stories with the hope of making Kelly answer for his behavior.

Kelly, of course, has faced numerous sexual abuse scandals over the past twenty years. This includes having sexual contact with minors and being in possession of child pornography.

In 2016, the singer allegedly built a secret sex room where he humiliated underage girls. Although he also faced rumors of kidnapping, assault and brainwashing, Kelly has denied all of the allegations and says he has done nothing wrong.

Shortly after Foxx’s announcement, one victim came forward and promised to give Chicago investigators evidence that proves Kelly abused them.

Another person also claims to know one of the leader’s of the sex cult and plans on providing prosecutors with evidence that will bolster their case.

There are allegedly two women still living with the singer: Azriel Clary and Joycelyn Savage. The parents of the girls believe he brainwashed them and are looking to get them out from under his control.

Kelly has not commented on the shocking new docuseries or impending charges.

There is no telling how many more victims will come forward, but hopefully there is enough evidence against Kelly for justice to be served.
