Rapper Kurupt Reportedly Got Too Drunk While Filming Marriage Boot Camp

According to a recent report from The Jasmine Brand, the rapper, Kurupt, became a little intoxicated while taping We tv’s Marriage Boot Camp. Consequently, rumor has it that alcohol-use is completely forbidden from the production from now on.

It was also reported by the same outlet that Kurupt and Tookie, his girlfriend, would be coming on to the show previously, however, it’s unclear for how long he’ll be a member of the cast on account of the fact he allegedly had to be hospitalized for drinking. The rapper reportedly skipped filming for two days.

Producers had no choice but to directly prohibit alcohol-use from the house for the rest of the season and maybe for the entire show from now on. Neither Tookie nor Kurupt have responded for a request to comment.

As fans of the rapper know, he was engaged to a fellow musician, Foxy Brown, for three years from 1999 until 2000. Moreover, he was engaged to the late Natina Reed from Blaque at the beginning of the turn of the 21st century.

Kurupt and Reed had one kid together, Tren Brown, born seventeen years ago in 2002. While she was pregnant with the baby, Kurupt and Reed called off their engagement.

While Kurupt’s star-power has subsequently faded over the years, many of the rappers in the game continue to cite him as a primary influence, including the acclaimed, Kendrick Lamar. The Pulitzer Prize-winner stated in an interview from 2014 that Kurupt, Eminem, Ice Cube, and 2 Pac, were primary influences.

In Eminem’s track, “Till I Collapse,” the rapper stated that Kurupt was arguably one of the greatest hip-hop artists of all time. Kool Moe Dee also ranked Kurupt as the 39th on his list of the best MCs of all time.

According to the artist’s Wikipedia Page, Kurupt first kicked off his career in the early 1990s and was later signed to Death Row Records. He later formed the group, Tha Dogg Pound, along with his friend, Daz Dillinger. He signed with A&M after departing from Death Row in 1996 and released his first album in 1998.
