Real Housewives Feud Alert: Nene Leakes Slams LVP For Stealing Pump Restaurant From Her!

This is one of the most unlikely feuds that’s come to light this year. ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Nene Leakes is holding a grudge against ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ lead Lisa Vanderpump.

During an episode of ‘Watch What Happens Live’ with Andy Cohen, Nene Leakes chose to go against Lisa Rinna in a game of ‘Head to Head.’ The Bravolebrity visited Jenny McCarthy’s podcast and wanted to clear things up — she meant LVP and not LR.

The reason behind her ill will towards the Beverly Hills O.G is that LVP allegedly stole Pump restaurant from her!

Nene explained: “At the time, Greg [Leakes] and I were living in [Los Angeles] and I was working on ‘Glee’ and ‘New Normal.’ We ride down that West Hollywood area where all the gay bars are — and I have a large gay fanbase — and I kept thinking, ‘It would be so cool if I had a bar right in here somewhere.’ And that space was empty and kind of raggedy-looking and torn down.”

Leakes went on to say that she called Lisa Vanderpump to talk about her idea. The ‘Vanderpump Rules’ star discouraged her by saying: “Oh darling, darling, it’s a piece of crap and they’re charging so much for it, darling.”

The next thing Nene knew, LVP had bought the property and turned it into Pump to add to her other collection of WEHO-based restaurants like SUR and Villa Blanca.

She went on to reveal the tension between her and Lisa when they’re in the same room.

“She just looks at me funny. … We’re gonna get Lisa Vanderpump. Lisa Rinna, I’m sorry I didn’t mean you, I meant Vander-lump.”
