Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore revealed during the most recent episode that she and her now-estranged husband Marc Daly never signed a prenup before they tied the knot in the summer of 2017. Moore explained that Daly was so against the idea of a prenup, he wouldn’t even talk about it.
“You know, Marc didn’t want a prenup. We don’t have one. Like, he wouldn’t even have the conversation,” Moore told Kandi Burruss, Todd Tucker, Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill. “That’s how strongly he felt about it.”
Daly explained to the group that for him, if a prenup was even brought up the relationship would be over. He said he wouldn’t marry someone who has a prenup because if you’re with him, you have to be all the way with him.
The 49-year-old added that losing his assets – especially his businesses – wasn’t even a concern if he and Moore split.
“You know what I told her? ‘You can have it. I’ll build another one.’ I told her that,” revealed Daly. “‘You can have everything, just take it all. You can take everything. I don’t care. I built it from scratch, I can do it again.’”
Moore insisted she would be just fine on her own because she is an independent woman, but then Daly accused her of having a “messy” hair care product line before he helped her fix it. Moore didn’t appreciate the remark, and she said in her confessional that Daly was “ a dirty player.”
The former Miss USA said that Daly is the type of person who will grab dirt from the ground and then throw it in your face.
As fans know, Daly and Moore did separate after they wrapped filming on the current season of RHOA. She told Us Weekly at BravoCon in November that they are taking things one day at a time, and she is focused on finding her ultimate happiness and living her best life.
Kenya Moore hasn’t given up on the idea of getting back together with Marc Daly. She says that things could get back on track if you have two people who want to make that happen. Moore said things with Daly were “good” and they were “very cordial.”
She says that they are working well together right now and they are all about being there for their daughter, Brooklyn. Moore added that she can’t really hope for anything else right now in terms of co-parenting, and things have been wonderful so far.
New episodes of Real Housewives of Atlanta air Sunday nights on Bravo.
