Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley loves living a lavish lifestyle, but are her spending habits causing problems in her marriage? According to multiple reports, Dorit and her husband Paul (“PK”) are facing some major money problems, and they are constantly arguing about finances because Dorit refuses to change her ways.

“[Dorit] acts like she’s on the same level as Gwyneth Paltrow or Jennifer Lopez,” says an inside source. “She’s hired a glam squad she can’t afford and is dropping a fortune on designer clothes. “

This ridiculous spending is not making PK happy, especially since he is facing multiple lawsuits and possible asset seizure. But he is having a hard time telling Dorit no.

For the past two years Dorit and PK have been trying to sell their Beverly Hills home, but have yet to receive an offer. It started out on the market in 2017 with an asking price of $12.7 million. But, after multiple price reductions and an appearance on Million Dollar Listing, it is now for sale with a price tag of $7.995 million.

This home is part of “joint venture” that PK has with business tycoon Sam Nazarian. He actually purchased the 8,679 square foot home in 2016 through a trust, and PK later invested in the project. The rumor is that Dorit and PK are paying rent to the trust while they try to sell the home.

PK and Nazarian are still “actively looking” for property to develop, and the income may be funding their lavish lifestyle. But the couple still has other financial problems.

A former business partner is suing PK and Dorit over a bikini line that the three allegedly launched together last year. Ryan Horne claims in court documents that the three agreed to each one of them owning one-third of the business, and he says he invested $75K for expenses and another $130K in merchandise.

PK and Dorit claim that Horne never gave them that kind of cash, so when they made a profit off the swimsuits, they didn’t give Horne any money. Horne is now suing the couple for $200,000.

On top of that, PK is also at risk of having his wages, money, and property seized unless he pays back $1.2 million in unpaid loans to a man named Nicos Kirzis. PK allegedly agreed to repay Kirzis the money by 2013, but instead, he filed for bankruptcy.

PK claims the bankruptcy cleared him from having to back Kirzis. But, Kirzis says he was not listed as a creditor in the case. So, he sued PK for the unpaid debt plus interests and fees. A New York judge eventually ruled in Kirzis’ favor, and now Kirzis has registered the judgment in California to begin the process of seizing PK’s assets.
