Kyle Richards is finally opening up about her part in the drama between Lisa Vanderpump and Dorit Kemsley. In her official blog, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star defended Kemsley’s decision to get rid of her adopted dog and cautioned fans to reserve judgement until the season is over.
The pet drama has been the main focal point of Season 9 of the RHOBH. The drama began after Kemsley adopted a dog from Vanderpump’s pet rescue last year. The adoption did not work out and Kemsley found the dog another home after it tried to bite her husband. Although the dog ended up back in a shelter, Richards backs Kemsley’s decision 100 percent.
WTF was @KyleRichards thinking comforting Dorit instead of @LisaVanderpump. LVP’s brother just died, Kyle. She’s grieving. Dorit is crying because she knows she messed up big time #shocking#RHOBH

“As an animal lover, your first instinct is to be upset. However, we have to keep in mind that Dorit did what she thought was best for her children. And as LVP states herself, she had no ill intent,” Richards wrote.
According to All About The Real Housewives, Richards then slammed Vanderpump for blowing things out of proportion when she should have kept it a private matter. The reality star criticized Vanderpump for bringing the issue on the show in the first place, which is always a dangerous move.
After all, why would Vanderpump have talked about what happened if she truly believed that Kemsley had a good reason to give up the dog?
@KyleRichards So you're using @KrisJenner's team to leak stuff to the press, huh? You think we wouldn't find out? 🐍 #ShameOnYou#rhobh#rhobhmeangirls

In closing, Richards told fans to wait until the rest of the season unfolds before they make any judgement calls. She also reminded everyone that the cast members are all good people, despite how the series portrays them from time to time. With the majority of the season still ahead, Richards may have a point.
Unfortunately, Richards did not reveal what happens in future episodes, so fans will have to stay tuned in to find out where the drama is headed.
