Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley and her husband PK have been in some serious legal and financial trouble in recent months, and things just got a little bit worse. As part of PK’s $1.2 million court battle with a creditor, a Los Angeles judge has ordered the seizure of Dorit’s frozen bank account.

According to The Blast, the judge ordered the seizure of the $29,634.10 in Dorit’s City National bank account so it can go to Nicos Kirzis, the man who is suing PK over an unpaid $1.2 million loan. Dorit had argued that the money in the account belonged to her and Kirzis shouldn’t have access to it, but the judge disagreed.

Dorit wasn’t able to prove that the money was solely hers after she submitted her financial records, so the judge ordered the transfer.

PK allegedly borrowed the money from Kirzis in 2011 and made just one $250,000 payment. Years of interest have left the remaining unpaid balance at $1,235,573.66, says Kirzis. However, PK claims that he doesn’t owe the money because the debt was discharged in a bankruptcy he filed in the UK just five months after receiving the loan from Kirzis.

Earlier this year, PK settled a lawsuit with the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas after they claimed he owed them $3 million in unpaid markers. A former business partner has also sued the couple after they didn’t pay back a $200,000 loan he made to launch Dorit’s swimwear line.

Despite all of the financial trouble, Dorit was in New York earlier this week to walk the runway at Kyle Richards’ debut show at Fashion Week. She also recently moved into a $6.5 million modern farmhouse in a posh neighborhood in Encino.

However, after reports surfaced that Dorit and PK purchased the mansion, it was discovered that the couple was renting the home. Dorit talked about the house during the Season 9 reunion, telling her co-stars, “We are looking for a new home, which I’m really excited about I think I might find myself close to Kyle!”
