Real Housewives of Orange County star Emily Simpson is about to begin her sophomore season on the popular Bravo series, and she recently took the opportunity to dish on her RHOC co-stars during an appearance on The Domenick Nati Show. Simpson says that fans will be surprised this year by her relationship with Kelly Dodd, and she also said Shannon Beador, Vicki Gunvalson, and Tamra Judge can’t be trusted.

During the interview, Simpson started by revealing that she and Dodd no longer have any issues, and she considers her to be one of her closest friends. Simpson explained that she’s “not the kind of girl that holds grudges.” Instead, she says she will “threaten to kill people, and then move on pretty easily.”

When the subject of Gunvalson’s demotion came up, Simpson said that the news surprised her, but she wanted to make it clear that the OG of the OC is still very much part of the show.

“I know Vicki has a different title, per se, but Vicki’s on the show, and she’s on a lot. I filmed with her a ton, so it’s not really like she’s making a little cameo here and there, or some guest appearances. I mean, she’s very much a part of the show and the cast,” said Simpson.

She added that Gunvalson is great for TV, but the demotion was a business decision, and Bravo will continue to rotate people in and out.

Simpson also revealed that she still doesn’t know Beador very well because she doesn’t talk to her very much, but she did say that she doesn’t trust Beador, Gunvalson, or Judge.

“The tres Amigas are just out for themselves, so I don’t trust them as a whole. As a group,” said Simpson.

As for what fans can expect from her story this season, Simpson says they will see her marriage go through some ups and downs. The attorney and part-time party planner says that reality TV can be tough on a marriage because it highlights everything bad that happens in your life.

Simpson also addressed the body shaming that she has endured since joining the cast, and she says sometimes she feels like a spokesperson for all women who aren’t a size zero or two. She says it can be hurtful and it does sting, but at the end of the day, she is still confident and believes she looks healthy and has a great body.
