Shannon Beador can breathe a huge sigh of relief. A judge just threw out a $1 million lawsuit that Jim Bellino filed against her for defamation – and inside sources claim the Real Housewives of Orange County star is “completely relieved.”

Bellino, who was married to former Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino, sued Beador and Tamra Judge for comments they made following his divorce. He claims they destroyed his reputation and wanted a $1 million payout in restitution.

“I’m relieved the judge agreed with our position,” Beador shared.

An insider told Radar Online that Beador considered the lawsuit a complete waste of time and resources. The RHOC star thought Bellino had no chance of winning the case and was only looking to drag her name through the mud.

“This lawsuit was such a waste of time. His claims against her were complete b******t. He is such a vile man,” an insider stated.

Beador would not have won the case without help from her high-powered attorneys. The firm O’Melveny teamed up with Bo Pearl to represent the reality star in court. Although the team got Beador off the hook, Bellino plans to pursue his case against Judge.

Shortly after the ruling, Bellino revealed that his case against Judge is still on. He also plans to appeal the ruling on Beador’s case over the next couple of days. Bellino is unlikely to win an appeal, but it sounds like the drama isn’t over yet.

As fans will recall, Beador and Judge made some disparaging comments about Bellino after he separated from his wife. The pair bashed Bellino, who owns a trampoline park company, for being a “shady” character during Heather McDonald’s podcast, Juicy Scoop.

The judge ruled that Bellino did not present enough evidence to show that Beador had slandered his name or ruined his reputation. The judge did, however, think that Bellino has a good case against Judge, which is why the case is still moving forward.
