RHONJ Star Margaret Josephs Accuses Danielle Staub Of Having An Affair With Her Best Friend's BF

Just one week after a court finalized her divorce from Marty Caffrey, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub has announced that she has a new man. But, according to her co-star Margaret Josephs, Staub’s new romance is nothing short of scandalous.

Us Weekly is reporting that Staub’s new boyfriend is New York businessman Oliver Maier, and an insider says the two “are dating and very much in love.” But Josephs claims that Staub had an affair with Maier when he was dating her best friend, and the RHONJ villain stole her bestie’s man.

Josephs also questioned how in love the two could be after knowing each other for just a few days.

“Yes, a very classy move she’s sleeping with one of her best friend’s boyfriends she knows for one week true love for sure!” Josephs tweeted.

The reality star also addressed the claims that she had a four-year affair with Joe, the man she is currently married to. Josephs said she is not a homewrecker, and no one can break up a happy marriage.

Staub has not yet responded to Josephs’ claims, but she has told fans that she is living her best life now that her 10-month marriage is over. Earlier this week she posted a pic of herself kissing Maier in front of a rainbow while they stood on Nikki Beach in St. Barth.

This is a big change from where fans saw Staub just one week ago when she was in a Bergen County court standing in front of a judge. Both Staub and Caffrey agreed to the uncontested split, with the judge ordering Staub to vacate the $2.15 million home they currently share unless she buys it. If she does purchase the house, Caffrey will have to leave.

An insider says that Staub is looking forward to moving on and is excited for the next chapter in her life. And, her spokesperson, Steve Honig, says that Staub is grateful for all of the support she has received.

As for Caffrey, he says he feels “great relief as well as sadness” now that the divorce is final. He explained that the relief comes because he has finally reached the end of a twisted road. He says that he and Staub did fall in love and experienced something special together, and it is sad that they are parting ways.

Caffrey says it is difficult to reconcile the fact that RHONJ was more important to Staub than their relationship, and he believes the Bravo show destroyed their marriage.

“I would caution any man who contemplates getting involved with a ‘real housewife’ as I think it takes a special kind of person to expose their private lives in this way and not have it not cause problems,” said Caffrey.

Part three of the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion airs Wednesday, March 6th on Bravo.
