RHONJ Star Teresa Giudice Is Reportedly Meeting With Divorce Lawyers And Juicy Joe Has No Idea

Poor Joe. Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is reportedly preparing to divorce her husband, Joe Giudice, amid his impending deportation. Inside sources claim that the RHONJ star has already met with divorce attorneys in the event that Joe is sent back to Italy – and he has no idea what’s about to happen.
“Teresa visited a divorce lawyer last week when she got back from Los Angeles,” a source explained. “She is serious about divorcing Joe, and she wants to make sure she is taken care of when it happens.”

While Juicy Joe has been languishing in prison, Teresa has been dropping subtle hints about her divorce plans. During her daughter’s recent birthday party, for example, Teresa opted not to wear her wedding band. Although it looks like Teresa is planning for the worst, there is a chance Joe remains stateside after his prison term is over.
According to Radar Online, a judge is expected to rule on Joe’s case before he is released this spring. Given how Joe was raised in the United States and all the members of his family are citizens, it is possible that the judge will cancel the deportation. But Teresa is not waiting around without doing her due diligence.
The source claims that Teresa is exploring all of her options just in case Joe is forced back to Italy. We can only hope that does not happen, but things are not looking good for the Giudice family.
This past fall, Judge John P. Ellington issued an order of deportation because of Joe’s crimes. As fans will recall, Joe was charged for not filing taxes and committing bankruptcy fraud and was sentenced to eight months behind bars. Judge Ellington considered the crimes “aggravated felonies,” for which Joe should be deported.
Joe Giudice has since appealed the ruling. If the ruling is not reversed by March, Joe will be flown back to Italy as soon as he gets out of prison. Teresa Giudice, meanwhile, has not commented on the divorce rumors.
