The ladies of the Real Housewives of New Jersey are in the middle of filming Season 10, and insiders say that Teresa Giudice is refusing to talk about her boy toy, Blake Schreck. While her husband Joe sits in an ICE detention center waiting to be deported to Italy, Teresa is acting like she didn’t have a tryst with the New Jersey realtor who is twenty years her junior.

According to Radar Online, Teresa will not talk about the cheating scandal while filming, and she has also instructed her castmates to keep quiet.

In February, pictures surfaced of Teresa and Schreck spending time together in Miami over President’s Day weekend, and some of the pics showed the two holding hands. But, since the photos appeared after the taping of the Season 9 reunion, no one confronted her about the cheating during the season-ending special.

Teresa did reveal during the reunion that she would leave Joe if he were deported, and on Thursday morning the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed his case and affirmed an immigration judge’s October decision ordering his deportation.

Giudice family attorney James J. Leonard said that they will continue to fight to bring Joe home to his wife and daughters, and they have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

An insider says that Teresa’s silence about her hookup with Schreck is a stark contrast to every other scandal that has popped up on RHONJ over the past decade.

“It’s like she has diplomatic immunity,” said the source.

While waiting for the decision on Joe’s appeal, her co-star Dolores Catania said that Teresa was getting through it by spending time with friends who make her laugh. Teresa and Joe also talked on the phone every day, and he would often call her multiple times because he is bored.

“He calls her. They can, they text each other, and she can text him, and he calls her like ten times a day. He calls her all day every day,” revealed Jennifer Aydin. “They talk, you know they talk about the kids, he’s bored. He’s bored in there, and he’s calling her, and she’s, you know she misses him, but she’s like wow, a lot of phone calls.”

Now that Joe is one step closer to deportation, it looks like more and more likely that the couple will split. Teresa Giudice made it clear she doesn’t do long-distance relationships because they don’t work.
