Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has not yet filed for divorce from her husband, Juicy Joe, but a new report claims she is already preparing for a custody agreement. As Joe continues to fight his deportation to Italy, Teresa is making plans for the worst-case scenario.

Joe and Teresa are the parents of Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10, and an insider says that “Teresa is working with family members to arrange a proper visitation schedule for the future between Joe and the girls.”

Earlier this month, the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed Joe’s appeal and affirmed an immigration judge’s October decision ordering his deportation to his native Italy. But, he’s not done fighting just yet. Joe’s attorney filed a “petition to review” the appeal dismissal in federal court, and the RHONJ star has also sued the U.S. Attorney General.

During the Season 9 RHONJ reunion that was taped in January, Teresa made it clear that if Joe does get deported, their 20-year marriage is over because she doesn’t do long distance. Once Joe is officially deported, Teresa is planning to file for divorce.

“Teresa’s telling friends she has a heavy work schedule and the girls have a heavy school and social life,” a source told Radar Online. “It will be tough, so don’t expect to her to be flying off to see him.”

The couple’s children are also making last-ditch efforts to keep their dad in the United States. Earlier this week, their oldest daughter Gia started a petition on Change.org asking President Donald Trump to stop Joe’s deportation.

Gia admits that her dad pled guilty in 2014 to mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud. She pointed out that his crimes were all non-violent offenses, and her parents have worked “tirelessly to pay back every single penny of restitution the court deemed they owe.”

Gia describes her dad as a businessman, husband, and father of four young women, and she says that he is there for his daughters in every possible way. Gia says Joe is the family’s handyman, confidante, cheerleader, challenger, and protector.

“We request that our President, Donald J Trump, review our petition and pardon my father to relieve him of this life sentence the courts are bestowing on him,” wrote Gia. “Yes, in Italy he will no longer be incarcerated, but will he ever be free if kept from his family and be able to be a productive member of society?”

Gia and her three sisters – as well as Teresa Giudice – signed the message, and they received nearly 10,000 signatures in the first few hours the petition was online.
