Teresa Giudice landed a major payday for Season 9 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey. The RHONJ star is reportedly taking home well over $1 million for the new season because she allowed Bravo an inside look at her family drama, including her husband, Joe Giudice’s, upcoming deportation.
“Teresa is now getting $62,000 per episode and with 18 episodes a season that comes out to $1,116,000,” a source dished. “Teresa got a bump up from her $1 million she was earning before.”
I’m sorry, not buying the “I have young children” excuse…….many people move countries with children of all ages. You just don’t want to be married to Joe @Teresa_Giudice#RHONJ

Filming for the new season started early so that camera crews could catch Joe’s release from prison. According to Radar Online, Joe is scheduled to be deported as soon as he gets out of prison, unless he wins a last minute appeal. Joe is currently serving time for fraud and is scheduled to be released on March 14.
The insider added that RHONJ fans can’t wait to get a look at Teresa’s family drama, and producers are banking on it boosting ratings next season. Teresa’s Miami escape with Blake Schreck also sparked divorce rumors, especially after they allegedly spent the night together at her condo.
As far as Joe is concerned, there has been a slight change in his release date. The United States Federal Bureau of Prisons just changed his status to “unknown,” a move likely connected to his appeal. It is unclear when a judge will rule on Joe’s case and sources say it is still being reviewed. If Joe wins the appeal, he will not be sent back to his native country of Italy.

Teresa has not commented on the divorce rumors. She released a statement through her attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., assuring fans that Joe is missed by his family. Appeals of this nature have been known to last upwards of one year, so it is possible Joe will be allowed to return home until the appeal is heard.
Teresa Giudice and Joe tied the knot back in 1999 and have had four children together. Bravo has not revealed when the new season of Real Housewives of New Jersey will premiere.
