Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice is currently sitting in a Pennsylvania ICE detention center waiting to hear if the United States government will deport him back to his native Italy. At the same time, his oldest daughter Gia is getting ready to go to college, but his wife Teresa is on another continent. Now, a new report claims that Joe’s family is furious she has left the kids alone.

Teresa is partying in Greece seemingly without a care in the world, and she has been posting numerous pics on social media of her luxurious Mediterranean vacation. But, this begs the question – what is going on with the kids? Joe and Teresa are the parents of four daughters, and his family can’t believe she is living such a carefree life thousands of miles away from her children.

“When this huge family crisis is happening, and your kids are suffering, you go on vacation?” a frustrated insider told Radar Online. “Teresa’s actions are unforgivable.”

18-year-old Gia is getting ready to start her freshman year at Rutgers University, and the source says that the other girls are on their own.

“That is what she can’t talk her way out of: she can’t say she’s single and can party since Joe is in prison. This is about her kids,” said the insider.

Earlier this year, cameras caught Teresa holding hands with her 26-year-old boy toy Blake Schreck, and she revealed during the RHONJ reunion that she will divorce Joe if he is deported. But, she’s not single yet, and the insider says that Joe’s deportation drama is taking its toll on the kids.

Even if they don’t show it, the Giudice girls are going through a lot and this is having an effect on them, says the source. They need to have at least one parent around, and the insider claims that Teresa has not been there for them.

Joe has been in the ICE facility since March when he finished serving his sentence in federal prison for bank fraud. Last October, a judge ordered his deportation after ruling that Joe committed an aggravated felony, which is grounds for automatic deportation.

An aggravated felony is when a victim suffers a minimum of $10,000 in damages, but Joe says Wells Fargo wasn’t a victim in his case because of their fraudulent loan practices, plus he paid $400,000 in restitution.

Last month, Joe submitted his final brief to the Third Circuit Court begging them to let him remain the United States. However, the US Attorney General is requesting an immediate deportation.

A decision in Joe’s case should come in the next few months. And, Season 10 of Real Housewives of New Jersey will premiere on Bravo later this year.
