Real Housewives of Potomac has been pushed back to August due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While the wait may be long, it is well worth it according to the spoilers leaking from inside sources.

All About the Tea just published a shocking report that included Candiace Dillard’s husband recounting the moment his wife got into a fight with Monique Samuels.

Apparently, it started from a verbal altercation where Candiace accused Monique of ‘fake sleeping’ while filming with the ladies. Samuels allegedly hit back with a diss about Dillard not understanding because she doesn’t have any children.

Chris Bassett then went on to tell the publication that the 33-year-old accused Monique of mom-shaming her. The argument deescalated but went on the next day when Candiace gave a speech about loving all her co-stars — that’s when Ashley Darby allegedly butted in to ask if she was cool with Monique.

This started an entirely new argument that turned physical.

The report read: ‘As their argument escalated, things turned physical. Monique flicked Candiace’s hair, Candiace then pushed Monique’s chest, then allegedly threw a glass of wine at Monique — to which Monique responded by slamming Candiace on the table and punching her “three times” in the head’

He went on to say that Samuels allegedly reached for a knife while three people tried to pull her off of Dillard.

After, Candiace was demanding for her castmate to be fired. When that didn’t happen swiftly enough, she took the case to the police where she attempted to file charges.

Monique, in turn, did the same. The case was later dismissed by a judge for both ladies.

Production did not take it lightly that Candiace did not let them handle the situation without going to authorities. Her move ended up backfiring in more ways than one.

Monique is still on the cast because of it.
