From bad to worse. ‘Jersey Shore’ star Ronnie Magro is allegedly worried that his baby girl will be removed from the care of he and on-again off-again girlfriend Jen Harley due to their latest fight.

You probably know by now that the couple has been making headlines once again for an incident that happened on NYE. While out at the popular hotspot Hustlers, the two got into a heated argument allegedly started when Jen spilled a drink on her baby daddy’s shoes.

Somehow, that ended up with Jen lashing out and throwing an ashtray that struck him in the face. The reality star left the club bloodied and bruised and allegedly ransacked Harley’s home after punching the security cameras out.

There were police reports filed and investigations are underway. The Blast reports that Ronnie did not submit anything to the authorities until days later because he didn’t want to risk losing the child.

Since this isn’t the first time they’ve had to deal with the police concerning a dispute, officials may be looking into things to see if it’s unfit for a baby to be raised in a home like that.

It was reported a few months ago that Jen and Ron were trying to keep a low profile because of this same reason.

A source revealed that the relationship never improved between the volatile couple but it was just kept under wraps because they want to retain custody.

Recently, Ron has been hinting that the model may be keeping his daughter away from him by posting lots of photos and videos of Ariana. He accompanies them with captions that state that he misses her and wishes that he could be with her.

Meanwhile, Jen has been living her best life. She set up a play date for the 9-month-old and posted about it during and after.
