Modern Family star Sarah Hyland is not here for the haters, especially after all of her medical issues.

The brunette beauty attended the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty over the weekend and decided to share some photos from the event on social media. Hyland looked gorgeous in a pink Zac Posen gown. The actress even kept it real with her followers. She shared that she had a little help looking so fabulous.

“I’m wearing TWO pairs of spanx. Why diet? When you can just hide it!” she captioned her Instagram post.

Commenters wasted no time coming after the 28-year-old for her caption. Oh yes, the haters were out in full force slamming Hyland for being insensitive, as well as shamming her for being skinny and wearing spanx.

However, she continues to plow through, work hard on a hit TV show and enjoy life with her boyfriend, Wells Adams.

Since the Dirty Dancing star has been through so much, she is not afraid to speak her mind, and that is precisely what she did to the haters.
