It was reported earlier today that Scott Disick was spotted checking out of a rehabilitation facility, however, there was an unfortunate side to the story. In case you missed it, a picture of Scott Disick was taken as he entered the facility, but tragically, it wound up on the internet.
Page Six confirmed that the All Points Lodge in Colorado said they would cooperate with the authorities fully in apprehending the individual who leaked it to the press, considering it violated Scott’s rights as a patient at the facility.
As the story goes, Scott stormed out of the building after discovering the photo made its way online. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum says he intends on filing a lawsuit against the facility for violating his privacy rights.
In a statement to Page Six, the CEO of the company, Noah Nordheimer, said they have a strict policy prohibiting employees from disclosing any information on patients, regardless of their status as a celebrity or regular citizen.

Reportedly, Scott entered the facility to deal with the trauma left by the death of his mother in 2013 and the following collapse of his dad in 2014. As most know, Scott Disick has three children with the reality star, Kourtney Kardashian, and dated her for many years.
These days, he’s in a serious relationship with the young model, Sofia Richie. In fact, Charisse Van Horn reported on the 27th of April that Scott and Sofia may even be considering a baby.
Despite the fact, their age gap is quite large, the couple may be considering having a child together. An insider speaking with Ok! Magazine was the first to report that Sofia may be pushing Scott for a child.
At the moment, it’s unclear how Lionel Richie, Sofia’s father, feels about the idea of them having a baby. Fans of the couple know that in the past, he has addressed their age gap and doesn’t think much of it.
Regardless of Lionel’s thoughts, some fans think Scott’s attempt at self-improvement through rehabilitation may have been inspired by the desire for a child.
