Shaquille O’Neal's Ex-Wife 'Basketball Wives' Star Shaunie Had The Best Christmas Ever Because Of This

All is well in Shaunie O’Neal land, and she had the best Christmas ever for a straightforward reason — her baby boy, Shareef O’Neal, is healthy and strong and is back home with his family.

The former wife of NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal took to social media, and she posted an adorable photo where she is sitting next to all her children in front of a giant gingerbread house.

The Basketball Wives star is smiling from ear to ear and rightfully so because just days before this — her teen son, Shareef, underwent surgery to resolve an irregularity with his heart.

The TV personality and producer shared an emotional message asking for prayers: “This morning was by far my toughest moment being a Mom. If only I could take his place today. Could I at least go with him in that operating room and hold his hand. Separating from him as he was wheeled off to surgery was heartbreaking. THATS MY BABY! I don’t care how old, how big, how grown my kids get I still want to protect them. I had no control over any of this. But there is a God, I trust and believe He is in there with my baby right now and has complete control.
