True love or a business deal? In a new report, sources claim that Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake have allegedly added a cheating clause to their prenup after he was caught cozying up to his co-star on a movie set.

Justin was filming for a movie called Palmer in November of last year when explosive photos hit the internet of him and Alisha Wainwright getting a little too close for comfort. He was seen smiling while she had her hand on his knee.

After reports surfaced that included statements from witnesses of the incident, Justin took to social media to publicly apologize for his behavior.

‘A few weeks ago I displayed a strong lapse in judgement — but let me be clear — nothing happened between me and my costar.I drank way too much that night and regret my behavior. I should have known better. This is not the example I want to set for my son. Insiders claim that Biel was hurt by the photos but ultimately believed that he wasn’t unfaithful.

The married couple secretly welcomed another child last month which got people talking because it means that the baby was conceived right around the time of the scandal.

Now, sources are coming forward to claim that Justin pledged a midterm agreement that would automatically grant Jessica primary custody of the kids and a huge share of his money if he cheats.

A family friend told OK! Magazine: ‘If Justin was stupid enough to mess up, he’d make sure Jess had everything and more. but he says it’ll never come to that.’

For now, the singer seems to be doing everything in his power to gain Jessica’s trust back. The latest rumors claim that quarantine may have just saved their relationship.
