Ashley Jacobs is returning to Southern Charm after all. Following a dramatic reunion last season, Jacobs was spotted filming new scenes with several cast members, including her main nemesis, Kathryn Dennis. Thomas Ravenel’s ex-girlfriend was reportedly spotted on the set with Craig Conover, Shep Rose, Chelsea Messier, Dennis and Cameran Eubanks. Eliza Limehouse was also a part of the scene, which explains Jacobs’ involvement.
Jacobs is a friend of Limehouse, whose father is buddies with Ravenel. Limehouse apparently invited Jacobs to join her for a foxhunt, to which she also invited the cast of Southern Charm. Despite Dennis’ ongoing feud with Jacobs, producers reportedly forced her to attend the outing.

Inside sources told Radar Online that Jacobs did not move back to the West Coast after her relationship with Ravenel ended. Instead, she remained in South Carolina and hoped that she could ease her way back onto the show.
“Ashley has been desperate to film again. She didn’t move back to California after she and Thomas broke up. She stayed in Charleston hoping to be back on the show,” a source revealed.
The source added that Ravenel knows about Jacobs filming and is happy for her. The insider also assured fans that Jacobs will be much tamer this season and was only paid for a couple of scenes. While Jacobs would probably like to become a full-time cast member someday, her involvement was very minimal this season.
Ravenel, of course, is not returning to Southern Charm anytime soon. Bravo did not invite him back in light of the sexual assault charges that are pending against him. In fact, Ravenel is currently preparing to face the criminal charges in court.
He is also suing Bravo, the show’s production company, and Dennis for things that happened on the show. Ravenel believes everyone conspired against him and made him look bad in front of cameras just to pursue an interesting storyline.
Bravo has not commented on Jacobs’ involvement in the upcoming season of Southern Charm, which is expected to premiere later this year.
