Southern Charm Stars Patricia Altschul And Crag Conover Are Working On A New Project Together

The cast of Southern Charm recently wrapped filming on Season 6, and star Craig Conover has been spending his free time working on a mysterious project with Patricia Altschul. According to the Daily Dish, Altschul even dropped a few hints about it on her Instagram feed.

Altschul posted a video clip from Southern Charm, and in it, Conover tells Whitney Sudler-Smith that Altschul has inspired him to do some philanthropic work.

“The only similarity that Craig has with my mother [Altschul] is that they both breathe air,” said Sudler-Smith with a smirk during a confessional.

Conover and Altschul might not have much in common. She wrote in the caption of her post that everyone gives Conover a hard time, and this time she thinks he will have the last laugh. Altschul also told fans to stay tuned to find out what their co-venture is.

The caftan designer added that one thing is for sure about the new project, it won’t have anything to do with clip art.

As Southern Charm fans know, during Season 5, Altschul commissioned Conover to design a pillow for her after he surprised the cast with his love of pillow-making. However, he ended up missing the deadline, and she canceled her order.

Altschul also had problems with Conover’s pillow design, saying the dogs looked like clip art.

He may have disappointed her then, but after the pillow problem, Altschul did praise Conover on Twitter for his work during the Hurricane Florence relief effort last fall.

And, Conover also posted a video on Instagram of himself working his sewing machine while on vacation in the Bahamas, making another pillow for Altschul.

All of this might be what inspired Conover to follow in Altschul’s philanthropic footsteps, and hopefully, fans will get more details about their “co-venture” soon.

In the meantime, Conover has discovered he has a membership at Pivotal Fitness, Shep Rose’s gym. And, the two decided to work on their “#summerbods” and post a video clip of their workout on Instagram.

The best friends looked like they were having a ton of fun, pushing each other on a sled and going through a medicine ball routine. In the caption, Rose added the hashtag #weregoingtoberipped.

Season 6 of Southern Charm will premiere on Bravo later this year.
