MC T.I. has taken to social media along with Sean “Diddy” Combs and Fat Joe to show support to Jay Z, who has found himself in a peculiar situation after announcing that he had a partnership with the NFL.
Beyonce’s husband was rumored to be interested in owning an NFL team, but it all came to a scratching halt after many bashed him for throwing Colin Kaepernick under the bus.
Cardi B defended Jay, while Colin’s girlfriend, Nessa Diab, slammed him for being a sell-out.
T.I.P. said that he supports both Jay and Kaepernick and added: “THIS is what WE must acknowledge‼️
Bruh work & reputation should speak for itself…& it’s far louder than your presumptuous twitter rants.
What I hate MOST is that the oppressor takes advantage of opportunities like these to divide US and continue on with their operations, as usual, all too often… AND WE FALL FOR THE SH*T HOOK LINE AND SINKER EVERY DAMN TIME🤦🏽♂️‼️
I believe in what @kaepernick7represents
As much as I believe in what #Hovrepresents & I ain’t gotta turn on either of them to do it… #USorELSE✊🏽”
Fat Joe chimed in: “I don’t think I KNOW jay will continue to do great things for the Community. 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽”

Diddy posted a video explaining: “Hov is one of the greatest ever to do it, and he has been there more than anybody from the hip hop culture, including me. He always has been so selfless and fights for other people. We, as a people, can not be divided and conquered at this time!!
I’m so proud of @kaepernick7 and the attention he was able to bring and the efforts he continues to make. I’ll continue to support him in every way possible.
I’m also proud of my brother JAY Z for showing how it should be done! It’s time to play chess, not checkers, and I believe he is going to do some incredible things.
I was just watching everything last week, but it hurt me to my heart because I know this man personally. He’s one of the most genuine and intelligent black leaders we’ve ever had. We cannot go against each other; there’s not enough of us. I applaud Jay Z, and I applaud the NFL for bringing him in.
This isn’t just about the NFL; it’s about how black and brown people are treated daily across this country. We have to come together and make the hard decisions; nobody is going to do it for us.
I believe in taking action, taking steps towards the right direction, and I support all my brothers that are out here taking ACTION.
Together we are unstoppable. #BLACKEXCELLENCE!! Happy Monday!! Be Great! ✊🏿🖤”

One person had this to say about the situation: “Our people were pissed when we found out the league was 96% white-owned. When they started kneeling, Diddy, Steph Curry and Jay were saying they wanted to buy a team to bring diversity and a minority owner to the league. Now folks mad because Jay is doing it lol stop it and let Hov be great. 🤷🏽♂️”
The deal is a real PR nightmare.
