Welcome, Tamar Braxton to Nigeria. The diva and her rumored fiancé, David Adefeso, are currently in his native Nigeria where they received a warm welcome, lots of songs, and traditional dances.
David’s mother and other family members chanted “ekabo,” which translates into welcome in Yoruba, which is a language spoken in Nigeria and several other West African countries.
Tamar is accompanied by her son, Logan, and sister Towanda Braxton who is rumored to be pregnant. Many believe that Tamar is engaged because they have spotted the stunning and traditional Nigerian wedding necklace/beads around her neck.

One person said this: “Yessssss…Tamar…Yesss…it’s good you are embracing his culture too. Some are so stuck up in their ways🙄🙄 Acting all snobbish! Change is always good. We all learn from each other. He is a good soul and a spiritual man. I can tell.”
Another follower wrote: “I love the fact that he can enjoy himself in his own country and the fact that you are supporting him love love love 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙They’re saying Ekabo which means welcome in the Nigerian language of Yoruba do love you all, please ignore the few who don’t but I can tell you Nigerians generally always see AA as our family that’s why we always celebrate anyone of you and treat you and queen and king whenever you come to Nigeria.”
This backer stated: “I am so glad that he is in your life and nurturing different parts of you. Wow, that’s awesome and beautiful and cute and sexy I love you. She has a Nigerian that doesn’t love her.🤦🏽♀️ So it’s not true for all. I’m African American, and I’ve been to Nigeria several times. I’ve received nothing but 100% hospitality. I’m even thinking of moving there. I think when some Africans arrive here, they met AA who say they aren’t African and do the ignorant stereotypes. So, of course, people are going to feel some way. The treatment goes both ways. Too many of us refuse to accept we are African.”

The supporter joked: “I didn’t remember to tell her that she needs to watch her words because Nigerians don’t play on social media with anyone they love, any negative comments about Tamar will be met with full force by millions of Nigerians that would stand up to defend her. People like should desist from coming here to say something negative otherwise she will see Nigerians wrath as we don’t mess around with one of our own which Tamar is right now.”
Tamar is glowing and growing.
