Tamar Braxton said that the mental pandemic is over. She explained to her fans the effects that this global crisis had on her mental health in a recent message that she shared on her social media account.

Lying on this couch like this for months has become depressing. I will no loner let This global virus be a virus to my mental system. The 1st step is getting up. I’m in control of my actions so I’m choosing to STOP IT ALL! The food, in connection to the fear…is now over ‼️✨

Other than this, Tamar hopped on her Twitter account just a few hours ago, and she told her fans that she was a vegan for seven days!
