One month after it was revealed that Tamra Judge was leaving Real Housewives of Orange County after 12 seasons, a new report claims that the 52-year-old is in talks to return to the series that made her famous.
According to Radar Online, Judge is currently negotiating her return as a “friend” of the show even though she already turned down Bravo’s offer to be part of three episodes in Season 15 at a rate of $20,000 per episode.

“Tamra is working out a deal that would bring her back for more than three episodes for between $20-25,000,000 each,” claims an insider. “She didn’t like just being on three episodes. She was being phased out and she knew it and wanted to control the narrative.”
The source also claims that filming for Season 15 with Kelly Dodd, Shannon Beador, Gina Kirschenhetier, Braunwyn Windham-Burke, Emily Simpson, and newbie Elizabeth Lyn Vargas hasn’t gone as well as RHOC producers had hoped. And, they need to bring in Judge so she can “spice it up.”
Apparently, Beador needs friends on the show, and Judge would be the “voice of reason” to keep Dodd under control. The source says that RHOC producers need Judge, and she now has some leverage to work out a deal for more episodes next season.
When she was a full-timer on RHOC, Judge was reportedly earning around $900,000 per season. Initial reports after she announced her exit claimed that Judge was offended by the offer to return to RHOC for just three episodes with a massive pay cut. But recently, Judge has revealed that she didn’t accept the offer to return because she was going through so much in her personal life.

In addition to her husband Eddie’s recent health problems, Judge’s ex-husband Simon Barney has revealed that he is battling Stage 3 throat cancer. When Judge found out about Barney’s cancer diagnosis in November, she said she didn’t want to film Season 14. But, she managed to push through while keeping Barney’s health problems to herself.
She says that Barney’s diagnosis contributed to her decision to decline Bravo’s offer to return for three episodes.
Tamra Judge also just sold her Orange County home because she got an offer out of the blue for $200K more than she paid for the property less than two years ago. She said on Jeff Lewis Live that people would probably think she sold the house because she couldn’t afford it, but that’s not the case. Instead, they gave her an offer she couldn’t refuse.
The source says that Judge has been communicating with executive producer Andy Cohen “non-stop” since she announced that she wasn’t returning to Real Housewives of Orange County. And, Cohen has been “lobbying her to come back.” However, fans will have to wait and see how this all plays out.
